All payments will be made directly to us. A deposit of 75% will be required at least one (1) month before the date of arrival to secure a booking. Balance is payable at least two (2) weeks before arrival date. Last minute booking is paid in full and it’s subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation
We cannot make cancellation to a booking that has been accepted but sometimes circumstances change and alterations can be made. We however, reserve the right to make alterations to any of our packages.

Risk, Insurance & Liability
The hazards of traveling may inevitably give rise to some risks and dangers i.e. the forces of nature, political unrest, accident or illness without means of immediate evacuation. We do not undertake to arrange medical care and we exclude liability for such occurrences. You are therefore advised to take adequate insurance against such risks on your own.

We take complaints very seriously but we sincerely hope that you will not encounter any during your holiday. However, should one arise, please advise us immediately.
